Returns and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy: deals in FMCG & Grocery products hence there is no returns accepted unless the goods received in damage condition or there is any manufacturing / packaging issue. If product is not received in acceptable condition then contact our customer support within 3 working days upon receiving order and we will resolve the issue after getting complete information from customer. Customer will get replacement against defective product and no refund will be provided.  

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of order is only possible within 24 hours after placing order. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse through our courier partner then cancellation is not possible. In case customer do not accept delivery after placing order and returns back to us then we may deduct order cancellation charges and courier charges from the actual amount paid by customer while placing order and balance can be refunded after receiving product back  in proper condition.
